Quick Troubleshooting

App won't open / Crashes
  1. Restart your device.
  2. Install the latest app version from the App Store via the Updates section.
  3. If the issue persists, include the approximate crash time and reproduction steps when you email us.
Purchases / subscription not showing
  1. Try the "Restore Purchases" option inside the app.
  2. Make sure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
  3. If needed, send us a screenshot of your receipt with your email.
Notifications not arriving
  1. Check Settings → Notifications and ensure Cycella has permission.
  2. Disable Focus/Do Not Disturb if it's blocking notifications.

Refunds and billing support
